About

ValuerDekho compares property valuers so you don't have to guess

Founded in 2023, ValuerDekho lists government-registered property valuers across India with their registration type, fee bands, turnaround and the purposes they certify, and sends property owners two or three written quotes at no charge.

What we do

Finding a valuer in India has meant calling numbers from a directory and hoping the person on the other end is registered, reasonably priced and available. ValuerDekho replaces that with a comparison: each listed valuer states their registration (Section 514 under the Income-tax Act 2025, formerly Section 34AB; IBBI Registered Valuer; Chartered Engineer; CA with UDIN), the purposes they cover, cities they inspect in, fee bands and turnaround. We match your purpose and city to two or three of them and you choose.

How we verify

  • We ask for the registration certificate and, for former 34AB holders, the Form 169 acknowledgement filed before 30 September 2026.
  • We check IBBI registrations on the IBBI register and CA membership on the ICAI portal.
  • We review a redacted sample report for method, comparables, photographs and declaration.
  • A firm goes live only after these checks are done. Nothing is published while a registration is still being confirmed.

How we earn

Property owners pay nothing to ValuerDekho. Valuers pay a listing or lead fee, disclosed on the For valuers page. Quotes are the valuer's own; we do not mark them up. Where a listed firm is affiliated with ValuerDekho's owners, the profile says so.

Editorial standards
