How it works

Seven steps from brief to signed report

Most reports are delivered within two to five working days; document-based visa reports within 24–72 hours.

  1. Send the brief Purpose (visa, capital gains, FMV 2001, bank, court, NRI sale), city, property type, and where you are. WhatsApp, form or call.
  2. We shortlist Two or three valuers registered for that purpose who inspect in that city. You see registration type, fee against the Rule 248 ceiling, turnaround and a sample report.
  3. You choose and share documents Scans on WhatsApp or email; the valuer confirms sufficiency within one working day.
  4. Inspection The valuer or an associate visits; if you are abroad, a relative, tenant or society office provides access. Document-based visa reports may use a video walkthrough.
  5. Draft review You check names, areas and dates; one round of corrections is free.
  6. Signed report PDF the same day; original by courier in India or abroad; dual currency and Form 170 format as needed.
  7. After delivery We follow up on acceptance, connect a CA for net-worth certificates or Forms 145/146 if needed, and ask for a review.
