This page explains the cookies and similar technologies Valuer Dekho ("ValuerDekho", "we") uses on https://valuerdekho.com, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit, such as whether you are signed in or how you use the site.
2. The cookies we use

We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind, and we do not sell or share cookie data with data brokers or advertisers.
3. What we measure, and what we do not
Analytics load a moment after the page opens, once the browser is idle or you first interact with it, so the page itself is never held up waiting for them. A visit is still counted. What we collect is aggregate usage: which pages are opened, from which country and device type, and which links are used, so we can see what is worth improving.
We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never attach analytics data to the name, phone number or email you send us in an enquiry. Those enquiry details live in our own systems and are covered by the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party privacy policies
- Google Analytics: see Google's Privacy Policy and opt-out browser add-on.
- Google Tag Manager (which loads both analytics tools for us): covered by the same Google Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity: see Microsoft's Privacy Statement and Clarity project information.
5. Your choices
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings; blocking all cookies may stop the valuer and admin portal from working, but will not affect your ability to browse public pages or request a quote.
- Browser extensions and built-in tracking-protection features (for example, Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention or a content blocker) will typically stop Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity from running at all.
- We do not currently distinguish "Do Not Track" browser signals, because we do not run advertising cookies for that signal to meaningfully change; if that changes, we will update this policy.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. We will post the revised policy here with an updated effective date.
