This page sets out, in one place, the limits of what Valuer Dekho ("ValuerDekho", "we") can promise about the Platform and its content. It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. We are a comparison platform, not a valuer

ValuerDekho helps you compare government-registered property valuers, Chartered Accountants, Chartered Engineers and firms, and introduces you to ones we consider suitable. We do not ourselves inspect property, prepare valuation reports, issue net-worth certificates, or provide tax, legal, financial or investment advice. Every report, certificate or opinion you receive is prepared and issued solely by the independent professional you engage, at their sole responsibility.

2. General information, not professional advice

Service pages, city guides, comparison pages, the glossary, the fee calculator, the blog and every other piece of regulatory or tax content on the Platform is general information about Indian property valuation and related law, accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the "last reviewed" date shown on that page. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified, currently practising professional who knows your specific facts, and reading it does not create any adviser-client relationship. Laws, rules, forms, fee scales and government portals referenced on the Platform change over time, sometimes without much notice; always verify the current position with a professional or the relevant official source before relying on it, especially for anything time-sensitive such as a tax filing, visa deadline or court submission.

3. No guarantee of acceptance by any authority

We do not, and cannot, guarantee that any valuation report, certificate or document you obtain through a valuer found on ValuerDekho will be accepted by any embassy, consulate, bank, lender, court, tax authority, regulator or other third party. Acceptance depends on the requirements of that specific authority at that specific time, which are outside our control and the valuer's control.

4. Valuer-submitted content

Valuer profiles, fee bands, turnaround times, strengths and registration details are submitted by the valuer or firm concerned. We review the registration documents a valuer submits before marking a listing "verified," as described in our Terms of Service, but we do not independently verify every claim on a listing (for example, self-described strengths or years of experience beyond what a registration document shows), and we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness or outcome of any individual valuer's work. 5. Fee figures

Fee bands and the statutory fee calculator on the Platform are indicative, based on published rules (such as Rule 248 of the Income-tax Rules, 2026) and market ranges we have observed. They are not a quote, and the actual fee for your engagement is whatever you agree directly with the valuer.

6. Third-party links

The Platform links to valuers' own websites and to government and other third-party resources for convenience. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy or availability of any site we link to, and a link does not imply any relationship beyond that.

7. "As is," errors and omissions

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. While we take care in preparing and reviewing our content, errors and omissions may occur; we do not warrant that any page is complete, current or free of error. 8. Tell us if something is wrong

If you spot inaccurate regulatory content, an outdated fee figure, or a listing that looks wrong, please write to valuerdekho@gmail.com or use our Grievance Redressal page. We would rather fix it than leave it.
